Which payment providers do you integrate with?
Stripe and Lemon Squeezy on Launch; Grow adds Paddle, Polar and Chargebee. Connection is OAuth — no code on your site, no SDK in your checkout. If your billing provider can send a webhook, Refply can attribute the sale.
Can I migrate from Rewardful or FirstPromoter?
Yes. Export your affiliates and referrals to CSV and import them in one step — affiliate links keep working through redirects, and commission history comes along so nobody loses credit. During the beta we do every migration with you, hands on.
How do you handle affiliate fraud?
Self-referrals are caught by matching emails, payment fingerprints and IPs between affiliate and customer. Cookie stuffing doesn’t work here by design — attribution requires a real click-to-purchase trail confirmed by your payment provider. And commissions only become payable after your refund window closes.
What does “server-side tracking” actually mean?
The referral click sets a first-party code on your domain, but the conversion itself is confirmed by a webhook from Stripe, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy — on our servers, not in the visitor’s browser. Safari’s tracking protection or an ad blocker can delete a pixel; it can’t delete a payment webhook.
How do payouts work?
Refply computes what’s owed, including recurring commissions on renewals, minus refunds. On Launch you export the batch and pay however you already pay people. On Grow and Scale it’s one click through Wise or PayPal. Nothing ever pays out without your approval.
